I have prepared it for myself, but, in case anyone would be interested in a sound and simple repertoire against 1.d4, I have made it public. The Tarrasch is a very good defense, if only much underrated. Believe me, it's much easier to level the game in the Tarrasch than in, say, the Nimzo-Indian or QGD.
