CAMBRIDGE SPRINGS 1904

Cambridge Springs 1904 was a great American chess tournament, fifteen years after New York 1889. Eight European and eight American chess players participated. Tarrasch and Maróczy could not take part for professional reasons. All other top players entered the event. The main contestant was world champion Lasker.

Marshall won one of the greatest tournaments in the history of chess.
