Some improvements :
- includes Sinquefield games
- removed a few games with no moves (!)
- improved some endgames using Houdini4 + Stockfish5 + 6P Tablebases
See for example Caruana-Carlsen Grand Slam Final 2012 (Bilbao) and Carlsen-Karjakin Tata Steel 2013 (Wijk an Zee)
- misc minor improvements
